People think if they have the right words to say, they will sound convincing. Stanford Researchers prove that the words you use will only count 7% of whether or not anyone believes what every little thing you say. But over 90% of anyone connects with you or like you enough to listen has to do with the sounds that come out of your mouth aside from the words.
